There are two larger dorm rooms. One sleeps 8 and the other 6. This is a great option for large groups wanting to stick together. Or individuals that don’t mind sharing.

Uniquely located within a Central Otago basin - where the Mighty Clutha meets the roar of the Kawarau river - winding from Wanaka and Queenstown respectively and mere stone throw from the new cycle trail-Highlands MotorSports Park – Lake Dunstan – Cardrona Ski Field – Wanaka WarBirds, the list goes on.
We first settled here in the early 1990’s, just after the Clyde Dam was built. We raised our 3 kids, while experiencing weather extremes not been repeated for the 30yrs we have spent in Cromwell.

Dining
The main Dining area facilitates a communal dining table that sits up to 12 people. There are also two breakfast bar nooks with charging stations and plenty of storage.
Laundry
Having an on site commercial washer and dryer make day to day life just that much more convenient. Saving time going back and forth to laundromats.
Kitchen
The industrial kitchen facilities allow for comfortable shared living. With a double fridge chiller large freezer, 4x4 gas hob cook tops, 2 ovens, 4 deep sinks and plenty of storage.
Bathrooms
Modern private cells are easily kept clean. Accompanied by long stainless steel vanity and mirror with 4 sinks and plenty of shelf space for storage.
Living
After exploring our beautiful region and everything it has to offer. You can relax and unwind in the Living area. With plenty of seating and a large 65” flatscreen tv to switch on while you switch off.
Security
Fitted out with modern security systems. Rooms require electronic key access and all common areas have 24 hour surveillance for peace of mind.
